Keep fit during the seasonal excesses

With the temptations that come with the Christmas season I thought all coaches - and I include myself in that - should be doing some crunching fitness exercises.

Here's an example of a good one,

Abdominal crunch - knees up

  • Lie face up, feet off the floor.
  • Knees above hips, hands on ears.
  • Keep legs still, crunch forward.
  • Touch elbows on thighs.
  • Return shoulders to floor.

Complete 3 sets of 10 repetitions.

Rest 60 seconds between sets.
