Keep fit during the seasonal excesses
With the temptations that come with the Christmas season I thought all coaches - and I include myself in that - should be doing some crunching fitness exercises.
Here's an example of a good one,
Abdominal crunch - knees up
- Lie face up, feet off the floor.
- Knees above hips, hands on ears.
- Keep legs still, crunch forward.
- Touch elbows on thighs.
- Return shoulders to floor.
Complete 3 sets of 10 repetitions.
Rest 60 seconds between sets.
